Changes for the second Tour

1. Satellite tournaments may be 5, 6, 7 or 8 games. Criteria for qualifying remains the same.

2. The suggested entry fee of $50 may be modified as desired. Prizes/expenses should be adjusted accordingly. $20 per player still must be forwarded to the Final Event.

3. The second Tour will run for approximately 1.5 years, with the Final to be held in late January/early February 2010, probably not in Minnesota.

4. There will be no transferring of qualifying slots to other players. While not a change, this clarifies some previous discussions on this matter. Satellite tournaments are standalone tourneys with qualifiers already winning local prizes. Qualifiers may choose whether to participate in the Final, or circumstances may prohibit such, but only qualifiers and players who buy directly in may actually play in the Final.
