IMPORTANT NOTE (Read this first):
To join the list, enter your email address in the box above and click on the big purple button.An email will be send to the address that you specify. Click on the link provided in this email to go to the confirmation page. Note that you do not have to have a Yahoo mailing address to join the list. The confirmation page will provide you with a big "Join the Group" link. Don't click on it unless you already have a Yahoo account or wish to create one. You do not have to join the "group" to receive email messages from or post email messages to the list. If you just want to join the mailing list, click on the (smaller) link that reads "join the mailing list instead." Be aware that the confirmation email sent to your account from Yahoo may not arrive right away. Yahoo's confirmation page implies that it will be waiting for you immediately after you click the big purple button, but I've found that this is not often the case. It should arrive within fifteen or twenty minutes, though, unless your Internet provider delays it for some reason.
