Musical Thank You #3: Mike Doughty

Musical thank you note #3: This one goes to my daughter Nicole for playing a lot of Soul Coughing as a teenager (when she couldn’t have been playing NSYNC or something like that; I’ve forgotten all about 2GE+HER). Frontman Mike Doughty is still making great music. Saw him play a great set last night at the Dakota. Joann posted a video of his John Denver cover which would have made Nicole faint straightaway. Here’s a minimalistic video of one of last night’s highlights, “Day by Day by Day.”
